If you have a machine that is repeatedly failing to complete the Time Machine backup sequence with the error:
Unable to complete backup. An error occured while copying files to the backup volume
You may want to try removing the last folder created by Time Machine that ends with .InProgress
Just remove that file and often you will resolve the issue.
