We have experience creating responsive, eye catching and easy-to-edit websites for Outer Banks real estate firms and agents. We use the WordPress platform and all sites connect to the MLS through their IDX feed for a full service experience. Sites are also tuned to the latest search engine optimizations for Google.
We offer drone photography & video services for real estate agents through our company Kill Devil Drones. We have experience shooting homes on the Outer Banks and creating videos for larger homes and construction projects.CAPE CURRITUCK MARINA
We are involved in the launch of the new Cape Currituck Marina, Yacht & Golf Community coming to Powells Point. We created both the Facebook and drone video to announce the upcoming project garnering over 40,000 views and over 600 followers in a handful of days.
We’ve also created the investor presentations, pro formas and projections to get the project off the ground. We are currently working through finalizing the buyer’s packages and will be handling the marketing for the residential, commercial and marine sales.
